Plans for 2005

The last topic to be discussed was the plan for 2005.
The participants decided that the date would be same as what they had in Vienna. This is the Ascension weekend of 2005, which will be 5-8 May 2005. The arrival will be Thursday, 5 May and departure, 8 May.
BIBAK Switzerland will decide on the theme and get feedback from other Igorot associations and individuals in Europe. Communications will be done through electronic mail. The delegates agreed to pay a part of the registration fee one year before the activity so that the host organization will have sufficient funds to pay for the reservation of the “venue”.
Here’s the latest news. We had our first meeting after our ICBE meeting in Vienna. This was on Saturday, 9th of August. There was nothing much that we decided in our meeting. We did have some reports about each ones efforts in searching for the best-suited "venue". At the moment, we have two choices but we have not decided which it will be. It might be possible that the “venue” will not be in the big city but rather near the mountains.
